ترويه عبارة عن تطبيق معلوماتي سهل الإستخدام يقدم معلومات قيمة للحاج.

يتكون التطبيق من ثمانية ( 8 ) أقسام: الابلاغ عن مشكلة، حالة البلاغ، ارقام تهمك، خارطة المشاعر، نقاط توزيع زمزم، تواصل معنا ، مساهمة شركة المياه الوطنية، و رأيك يهمنا.

- الابلاغ عن مشكلة : يمكن للمستخدم رفع شكوى حول أعطال أو إشكال في المشاعر المقدسة.

- ارقام تهمك: استعراض جهات اتصال لعدد من الخدمات الهامة والتي يمكن أن يستفيد منها الحاج والمعتمر.

- خريطة المشاعر: خريطة تفاعلية تمكنك من استعراض والبحث عن دورات المياه ومواقعها في المشاعر.

-نقطة توزيع زمزم: عرض مواقع توزيع ماء زمزم على خريطة جوجل بالإضافة إلى معلومات مساندة للخدمات.

-إضافة انواع بلاغات جديدة تشمل بلاغات شبكات التكييف ومكافحة الحريق.


Tarwiah is a user friendly information oriented app, intended to provide a valuable information for the Pilgrims.

There are 8 sections in the app - Complaints, Status , Contacts, Mashaer Map , Zamzam , Feedback , NWC contribution, and Contact us .

- Complaints: provides an option for pilgrims to raise a complaint in Mashaer.

- Contacts: has a list of important contacts where in pilgrims can call and ask for various kinds of information.

- Mashaer Map: is an intuitive map that allow you to find and search about various toilet blocks and their locations in Mashar.

- Zamzam: is shown Zamzam location in Google Map, along with the location details.

- Add new types of complaints including cooling and fire fighting networks
